Tristan Thompson Bashes LeBron James' Diet Labels it "Worst F Diet Ever"

People marvel over the fact that LeBron James is still able to dominate on the court at his particular age. It is really something that has never been seen before. Even if you are not one of those people that consider LeBron the best player ever you probably have to at least say he is the best to ever do it this long.

How exactly does LeBron manage to stay in great shape though? That is certainly one of the biggest mysteries that everyone would love to find out.

Recently Clevland Cavaliers star and former Khloe Kardashian boyfriend Tristan Thompson was asked about LeBron James for an article on "The King" for The Atheltic. One of the things that Thompson spoke in awe of was LeBron's diet.

Thomspon mentioned, "He has the worst f–ing diet ever. Ask him what he eats for breakfast," He then went on to detail, "He has like five French toast, drowns it in syrup with strawberries and bananas. Then he has like a four-egg omelet and then he goes and just f–ing dunks on somebody."

What Is LeBron's Real Diet?

If you follow LeBron James on social media you know that he is a big fan of food. He does not like to miss out on Taco Tuesday. If Thompson's declarations are correct he is also a big fan of sweets.

Yet, when there is talk about LeBron's diet people always say that he is super healthy. He once mentioned that most of his meals pretty much included salmon and steamed veggies with a glass of wine. That is not what Thompson would have you believe.

How He Has Changed Over The Years

If you look at some of the pictures and footage of LeBron in his earlier years you will see just how much he has changed. Some of that is just natural aging. When LeBron burst on the scene he was 18. Obviously, his body was not yet finished fully developing if you will.

If Thompson is right and LeBron really does indulge in an excessive amount of carbs on every meal you can only imagine what his work out have to be like in order to burn up all that energy!

Can They Make A Run?

Lakers fans are probably not as concerned with LeBron's diet as they are with the team actually winning. This weekend the Lakers took down the Bucks and the Clippers. In what many people viewed were their two biggest statement games of the year.

Even though the Lakers have the best record in the conference and are going to cruise to the playoffs many people thought they would not be getting past the Clippers if they met in the postseason. The tide seems to be turning and if that means more french toast for LeBron so be it!
