Lovato seems to be in better spirits, given her guest host appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show with Justin Bieber and the release of her new single I Love Me. Lovato has done some self-reflecting on herself. Now she's putting her needs first and practicing self love. Though, she still finds time to flirt with other celebs, like Rihanna.

Lovato's self-love declaration not only is for the singer's well-being, but it also reminds other women of their self-worth.

Practicing self-love is one of the hardest things people can do for themselves. In a world full of stress and work schedules, it's hard to find time for ourselves. Fortunately, Demi Lovato has decided it's time to start working on herself. During an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, Lovato explained that she does little things for herself that eventually have a huge impact on her well-being. "You know, things like meditation or even just taking, like, Epsom salt baths." Seems like Lovato has herself together.

Among Lovato's internal battles and drug addiction, the singer has also suffered from an eating disorder. During a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Lovato revealed that her team often hid sugar from her. The only pass Lovato got was once a year, on her birthday in August, where'd she receive a watermelon cake. Lovato went through the ordeal for several years, before finally, it was no longer a joke. Then the unexpected happened last year. Her new manager, Scooter Braun gave the singer a real birthday cake. Lovato loved the moment because it meant she'd found a manager who accepted her wholeheartedly.

Dating may not be in Demi Lovato's best interest right now but that hasn't stopped the Anyone singer from flirting with other celebs. Recently, on The Ellen Degeneress Show Ellen called Lovato out for choosing Rihanna's name everytime during their previous game of Who'd You Rather? Lovato came clean and admitted that she had a bit of a crush on the fashion mogul. Who could blame her? "Look, I just want to makeout, OK? I mean, we could do a song together, too. Maybe we can make out in the video, I don't know." Lovato tries to play off the whole ordeal but deep down, the audience knows Lovato has a serious thing for Rihanna.

During the same guest appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Lovato was asked by Ellen if she were currently in a relationship with another. Lovato recently revealed that she was very much fluid, but as of late, hasn't been linked to anyone yet. The artist revealed that she had used dating apps in the past and often turned to them out loneliness. " I realized that I am the type of person that will find any way to regulate when I'm sad or lonely. I have to fight those battles on my own and I can't let somebody come in and fix those issues for me." Spoken like a true self-loving Queen. Right now, she's focused bubble baths and enjoying the single life.
