The “Green Bay Packers” player has tested positive for COVID-19 despite saying he was “immunized” in an August interview.
As severe online hate follows the athlete’s contamination news, his fiancée remains unbothered.
Aaron Rodgers Supported By Shailene Woodley Despite COVID-19 Result
Despite insinuating that he was vaccinated when Rodgers said he was “immunized,” Woodley supports his anti-vax decision.
An insider revealed to HollywoodLife that the actress “has been known to have her unique ways of seeking health alternatives” and is entirely on her partner’s side.
The source said some of Woodley’s friends thought she would be horrified over her fiance’s debacle, but she has tuned out of the internet noise.
The insider clarified that the backlash is “causing zero strain in their relationship,” and the “Divergent” star is focused on supporting the man she loves.
The quarterback defended his decision while appearing on The Pat McAfee Show, saying, “What about my body, my choice? What about making the best decision for my circumstance?”
Rodgers claimed to be a critical thinker rather than an anti-vax flat earther, adding that he carried out research, spoke to professionals in the medical fields and his friend Joe Rogan.
The outlet reported that the quarterback is now contaminated and considers himself a victim of the cancel culture.
Most of the backlash Rodgers faces is that he disobeyed rules for unvaccinated NFL players, including moving mask-free around stadiums.
The athlete also went against the rules that unvaccinated players must conduct interviews virtually.

Rodgers’ COVID-19 contamination means he will be on the sidelines for an upcoming game, and The Blast reported earlier this month.
On “The Pat McAfee Show,” the 37-year-old said he takes Ivermectin, a popular animal dewormer, and receives monoclonal antibodies as advised by Joe Rogan. This earned him severe public backlash.
Woodley broke her silence on her partner’s vaccine debacle with some cryptic posts.
On November 5, the “Adrift” star shared a now-deleted Instagram post that read, “Calm seas may bring you peace, but storms are where you’ll find your power.”
The next day, the 29-year-old shared a Co-star Astrology post that wrote, “Venus enters Capricorn today; time to raise your standards,” to which she replied, “Yep.”
This led fans to wonder if Woodley was planning to “raise her standards” from Rodgers.

As an NFL athlete and an A-list actress, Rodgers and Woodley have had their fair share of the spotlight and crave privacy in their relationship.
The Blast reported that the “Allegiant” actress got candid with The Hollywood Reporter about her relationship pact with her fiance, who she met through friends.
The couple’s engagement news came as a surprise as they were never spotted together beforehand. Woodley credited this to the privacy the pandemic offered.
On February 6, Rodgers broke his engagement news while accepting the 2020 Most Valuable Player Award, adding that 2020 was a year of “amazing, memorable moments.”
Woodley told THR they kept the news a secret for many months so they could live in their “little bubble.” They decided to break the news before someone else did.
