Carrie Underwood‘s world-famous legs aren’t just taking over Instagram, they’re traversing the U.S. The 36-year-old has been catching planes as she travels across the country to promote her new “Find Your Path” book – the fitness, nutrition, and wellness book now also comes complete with its Fit52 app.
Carrie’s social media has been documenting her book tour, with the star now dominating three accounts: her own, her Calia by Carrie atheisurewear line’s one, and the newly-launched handle for Fit52. Check out the “Cry Pretty” singer’s stunning look below.
Carrie updated her Instagram on Thursday night as she proudly held a copy of her book – the star was clearly on her book tour as she stood in packed room full of filled seats. Carrie has been speaking out about the book – a Today Show interview was followed by one with software engineeer Kelly Sutton – the conversation between the two was shared to Carrie’s Instagram.
Carrie was looking sensational. The “American Idol” winner wore a simple black shirt dress in faded black denim, opting for a statement buckled belt, plus a sky-high pair of strappy stiletto sandals to show off her toned and rock-hard legs.
Carrie’s update might not have been a workout or music one, but it nonetheless brought in a massive response – over 59,000 likes were left overnight.
Fans seemed pumped about the book, what it means to Carrie, and the star herself.
“You looked beautiful,” one fan wrote.
“So happy for you Carrie! You are rocking it!!” another said.
For many, “Find Your Path” really seems to be doing what it says on the tin – fans are already thanking Carrie for the book.
The Fit52 Instagram account is only a few days old, but it’s already got over 14,000 followers. One user left a message for Carrie.
“This is so awesome!! Love that you do this for fans! I tried so hard to get tix to this but hopefully some other time! I read #FindYourPath in its entirety today and can relate so much to a few things like loving basketball and mocha frappes. While I usually bike in the summer, it’s hard to be active outside in the dead of winter so the #Fit52 app is perfect for an organized workout. Thanks for all the good info! ❤️❤️,” they wrote.
The run-up to Carrie’s book release saw her profiled by Women’s Health Mag alongside In Style – while the latter saw Carrie reveal that variety is key in workouts (otherwise she gets bored), the former saw her dish on what she eats.
Everyone wants to know.
Carrie kicks off the day with a tofu or egg-white scrabmble with Ezekiel toast, berries, and coffee. Lunches might be Tofurky sandwiches with veggies and mustard, while a typical dinner can see the star whip up a vegan chicken stir-fry. Meanwhile, Carrie keeps her snacks healthy with green smoothies or protein bars.
The reveal also saw Carrie admit to eating only 800 calories a day back in 2005 as she won “American Idol” following online trolls who had said: “Carrie’s getting fat.”
