Of course, the speculation regarding body modification on various levels is ever-present across Hollywood, where the practice has become somewhat of a norm.
Although many are quick to vehemently deny any outside work being done to them, model and activist Chrissy Teigen, who is no stranger to being candid with fans, is attempting to change the stigma regarding getting plastic surgery. She revealed what parts of her body had been modified and attempted to open a dialogue surrounding the process that didn’t involve body shaming.

“It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought, if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky!” she went on to elaborate, “But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed,” she explained candidly, referring to her current situation now so far removed from the procedure.

“Honestly, I kept them the same cup size. I just filled them out, so they are rounder and firmer,” the model said. “I had a quarter ‘teardrop’ cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line.”
However, she fully admitted that now having a family has changed her opinion on the procedure, “I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you’re supposed to replace [implants] every 10 years.”
“But when you have kids you think about [the risks] of surgery and I think, ‘This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery,'” she continued to say.
The model then went on to reveal that most of her face, including her forehead, nose, and lips have all had work done on them at one point or another as well.
“Everything about me is fake except my cheeks,” she said, adding, “I’m not shy talking about that sort of thing.”
Teigen hopes that by being so candid about the work she has had done that she can change some of the stigma surrounding people having plastic surgery to achieve results they’d like that may not be physically attainable through the constraints that dieting and exercise would have.
“To be able to see my body afterwards, and of course you get, like, hips. Finally, for the first time, I feel like I have a bit more of a womanly figure,” the activist concluded.
