Chris Pratt Admits Feeling 'Crappy' After Social Media Backlash Over Anna Faris Diss

Chris Pratt just got a kick in the rear by social media and it’s left him feeling crummy.
The “Parks & Recreation” actor recently felt the wrath of Anna Faris’ fanbase on social media after he shaded her on Instagram.
Now, is it known that he intentionally threw shade at his ex-wife? No.
But, when you tell the WHOLE world that you’re thankful for a healthy baby from a new woman, knowing you have another child, who unfortunately wasn’t so healthy at birth, with another woman… people are going to draw their own conclusions.

In the event you need a quick refresh, we understand it’s been a long week, here’s what happened.
Earlier this week, Pratt posted a photo of him and his (new) wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger.

A portion of his caption read, “She’s given me an amazing life, a gorgeous healthy daughter, she chews so loudly that sometimes i put in my ear buds to drown it out, but that’s love! She helps me with everything.”
Prior to Katherine, Pratt was married to Anna and they have a son together.
Sadly, their son Jack was born nine weeks prematurely with many health problems. Today, he is a happy, healthy boy and the only ailment he has is his eyesight.
This obviously sent the internet into a tizzy with a majority of people coming to Anna’s defense.

Clearly, the whirlwind blew past Pratt’s house and it had a negative affect on him.
On Friday, November 5, the actor took to Instagram Stories to share how he was feeling after getting a hefty serving of backlash.

“Good morning everybody, I went to bed last night really kind of upset and depressed, and I woke up feeling crappy,” he started off his video. “I didn’t want to work out but I knew that if I put on my Christian music playlist and got out in the woods and ran that I’d feel better.”
Well, run in the woods he did. Pratt even had a special visitor join him on the run, God.
“I got out in the woods and got my blood pumping and God just sat down there right next to me,” Pratt preached.
He offered fans who feel down to do what he does, get outside, run and put on some worship music.
“If you feel down today, maybe get in an exercise and maybe listen to some good worship music or get the word in ’cause it really helped me this morning,” he said.
