In time past, the actress has championed several activities regarding gender equality in the entertainment industry. She never minced her words when airing her opinion about Hollywood's treatment of women.

Banks Did Not Feel Attractive In Her Early Years

One look at Banks is enough to draw admiration from both male and female genders alike. Her charm exudes an air of personal strength and beauty that many may lack.

"Your funny gets developed pretty early on," Banks said when quizzed about her comedic abilities in a chat with New You. I didn't quite believe I was pretty for a long time. I never thought about it. I'm very genetically blessed, I cannot deny it, but I work hard at keeping myself together. Yes, I have nice cheekbones and skinny legs, but I can't take any credit for it."

Despite her humble reply, Banks has shown great interest in promoting belief in one's self-image. Per reports, Banks runs a podcast, "My Body My Podcast," where she advises her listeners on body positivity.

Banks Is Not Ready To Rescind Her Decision

Banks has made so much money from her career in the entertainment industry, enough to fetch her multiple trips to the surgeon. Irrespective of her success, the mother-of-two is not planning on doing some work on her body now.

She revealed this personal decision on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast when she got quizzed on her opinion on plastic surgery.

"I feel the way about those kinds of doctors as I do about a lot of things, like, you are putting your livelihood and your life into their hands and who knows what could go wrong … like why am I doing that?" the "Hunger Games" actress said.

"I'm trying to age gracefully," she added. "That's something I will happily say to everyone like I have not put anything in my face, I've never had a needle in my face … I'm uninterested in the psychology of starting to mess with my face."
