It has always been your Sunday ritual to kick back with a big bucket of popcorn, dim the lights, and indulge in an all-new episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' every Sunday night. But things are about to change with the new season 18 trailer announcing the show will take over a new timeslot on Thursday nights. That wasn't the only exciting thing that we gathered from the trailer, as it seems that Kim and Kourtney get into a physical fight.

Though it is not yet clear what the argument is about, it does appear that they experience some rocky times with their relationship before they make up. Kim and Kourtney recently went on several trips together along with their children so we do know that their relationship isn't currently in this state of turmoil. This isn't the first time that audiences have been exposed to fights on the show. Kim once smacked Khloe with her purse in an earlier season, and Kourtney and Kendall staged a physical fight last season to get back at Khloe for meddling in their business.

A Step Back

Something else that might be changing in this upcoming season is Kourtney's presence on the show. She made it public that she wanted to take a step back from the show and spend more time to focus on being a mom. However, it does seem like in the trailer that a lot of the drama that occurs is centered around her. A recent Instagram post revealed that Kourtney was filming her confessionals for the season, so more than likely, she will still appear a lot and give you a hefty dose of drama.

Real or Fake?

Fans on social media couldn't help but point out that the fights and the arguments in the trailer seem like they are fake and were done just for ratings. Members of the family attest that all of the drama and the fights are real. And while producers have admitted that reshoots and editing plays a big factor in the way that audiences see the drama, that is expected when filming a reality show because they want the audience to have as many accurate details of the events as possible.

Low Ratings

There is no doubt that dedicated fans will continue to watch the show regardless of what night of the week it's on, with each Kardashian sister garnering hundreds of millions of followers on social media that remain dedicated to supporting them. While the ratings have dropped to historic lows in recent seasons, the sudden increase in fights and drama seen in the trailer might help boost these ratings and give the people their weekly fix of piping hot Kardashian tea.
