On Tuesday night, the Atlanta Braves captured their first World Series championship, since 1995. That massive win also brought the first championship to the city of Atlanta in NBA, MLB, or NFL, since the 1995 Braves. The Braves won this World Series in six games, vs the Houston Astros. Atlanta was easily able to win Game 6, 7-0.

Atlanta is also viewed by many, as the most dominant city, when it comes to hip-hop talent. This will be on full display, at the Braves, upcoming championship parade, as well.

Big Boi And Ludacris To Perform At Truist Park

The Braves' championship parade will feature two parts. This will consist of taking place on November 5 at noon, in downtown Atlanta. The rest will be held near their home ballpark, at Truist Park, in Cobb County. It will be there, that legendary Atlanta rappers, Big Boi and Ludacris, will be performing. This will be inside the ballpark.

Tickets for fans will be free, but must be reserved in advance. The Braves also encourage everyone to arrive early. Tickets for the general public will be on sale, on November 4, at 1PM ET. Premium and A-List Members and Braves Insiders will receive early access, which will begin at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., each.

“Braves Country is invited to line the parade route to cheer on their World Series Champion Atlanta Braves," said the team in a press release. Fans can also watch the parade and join the post-parade celebration and concert with Atlanta natives and Grammy Award-winning artists, Ludacris and Big Boi inside Truist Park. The Braves encourage fans to arrive early."

1 Million People Expected To Attend Braves Parade

Big Boi and Ludacris will definitely be welcomes by a massive crowd, as according to WSB-TV 2, 1 million fans will be in downtown Atlanta, and Cobb County, to watch this parade. Regarding the downtown parade, city officials are encouraging fans to take the MARTA train, due to expected traffic issues. Big Boi and Luda are viewed as some of the most iconic artists from the city, so they will definitely provide even more energy, in celebrating this long-awaited championship, for Atlanta.

Big Boi Made A World Series Bet With A Legendary Houston Artist

Big Boi has cheered on the Braves for decades. Prior to this World Series, he made a bet with Bun B, one of the best rappers to come from the Houston area. This was that the loser would have to wear the hat of the opposing team, who lost the World Series. For Bun, he kept his word, as Big Boi went on to post a video of Bun wearing a Braves hat, and commending Atlanta, for winning it all.

"Shoutout to my man Big Boi, I'm a man of my word," said Bun B. "We lost the series, I'm wearing the hat, here's the video. "Salute to ya'll boys for playing a good series. Y'all fought hard, y'all wanted it. Came to our house and took it. I can't be mad at that."
