Bill Murray shared some news about his role in the upcoming film “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.”

The 71-year-old actor purposely revealed that he is going to be in the Marvel movie, though he wasn’t supposed to.

It’s an unexpected role for Murray, but he wanted to work with director Peyton Reed.

The “Groundhog Day” alum likes new experiences and roles, and doesn’t want to remain complacent.

Marvel fans will have to wait, though, because this film won’t premiere until 2023.

In the meantime, fans can see him in the film, “The French Dispatch.”

Murray plays Arthur Howitzer Jr., the editor of “The French Dispatch” newspaper, directed by Wes Anderson.

The film star will also return to his “Ghostbusters” fame with a cameo in the upcoming “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” film.

This reunion with Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson will be on fans’ screens starting November 19th.
