The Bravo series "Southern Charm," a show set in Charleston, South Carolina, showcasing the lives of the city's young, wealthy residents, will be back for its Seventh Season, but the cast is still up in the air.

Filming of the reality show usually begins in fall, but this year cameras didn't begin to roll until February, creating concerns that the show had been canceled.

Original cast member Shep Rose raised even more worries when he appeared on "The Russ Bolen" podcast when the show usually began filming.

“Usually we film in the fall,” Shep Rose told Bolen. "I don’t know if we are going to do another season. But we’re not doing one now.”

But hardcore fans of the show that once featured prominent Charleston resident and former independent Senate candidate Thomas Ravenel - the son of former South Carolina Congressman Arthur Ravenel Jr. came in third - will be glad to know that filming for Season Seven started earlier this month.

Ravenel - who was fired after sexual assault charges several years ago - won't be returning.

Ravenel's former girlfriend, Ashley Jacobs, also won't be making a return to the show, sources say.

“Ashley’s gone,” Kathryn Dennis dished to US Weekly during BravoCon. Jacobs and Dennis had a particularly contentious relationship, particularly during Season Five, when she raised questions about Dennis' parenting skills, and said during filming, "I see those children more than you see them." The usually volatile Kathryn managed to stay calm, but the rest of the cast later made clear that Jacobs, who apologized during Season Six, went much too far.

Cameran Eubanks, who got her start narrating the show, told "Entertainment Tonight" that her husband, Dr. Jason Wimberly, who appeared in one episode of Season Six, may make more appearances on the show, despite his camera-shy rep.

"I think it was like a test for him to see how it would go, and it went well," Eubanks told ET after offering somewhat risque information about castmate Patricia Altschul.

"I'm hoping that because it went well we will see him again," she added.

Craig Conover, who is currently making money and a name for himself sewing pillows - his works start at $58 on his website, Sewing Down South, although he now offers caps, totes, and other merch - is also expected to return to the show, as is Danny Baird, a friend of Dennis' who is now considered a show favorite.

Others expected to return are Rose, former "Survivor" contestant Chelsey Meissner, Conover ex Naomi Olindo, Austin Kroll, and his girlfriend, Madison LeCroy.
