Carrie Underwood‘s fans were left begging for more after the 36-year-old “Cry Pretty” singer updated her Instagram on Monday morning. The country singer had posted a mashup of photos thanking both Country Radio Seminar and Universal Nashville, although she hadn’t deprived her 9.4 million followers of those killer pins.
Carrie’s post comes shortly after she got immensely emotional at Nashville’s Country Radio Seminar – the discovery that her 2018 “Cry Pretty” album has been certified platinum was too much for the “American Idol” winner.
Carrie’s post came as a collage. The mother of two was seen both on stage and off it, with the former showing the blonde in a snazzy and leg-flaunting look. Here, Carrie had outfitted herself in a metallic and silver mini dress with a wrap design and three-quarter-length sleeves – the thigh-grazing finish and heeled booties only elongated the star’s rock-hard and steely-strong legs.
Carrie also wore her bombshell blonde locks down, with one photo showing Carrie in conversation with CRS. Here, the star had switched to a light blue dress.
“Thanks @CRSOfficial & @UMGNashville for a great week! #CRS2020,” Carrie captioned her collage.
Carrie’s update didn’t take long to rake in the comments and likes. The latter sat at over 8,300 in under 30 minutes, with fans quickly filling up the comments section.
Congratulations were everywhere.
“? You look beautiful! Congrats on Cry Pretty (the album) going platinum! So happy for you!,” one fan wrote.
“You are the best in the business Carrie ❤️” was another comment.
A popular comment saw one fan request that Carrie repost those snaps separately.
“Can we get these pics posted individually? ??” they asked.
Carrie’s discovery that “Cry Pretty” has reached platinum status brought a gushing response, as ABC News Radio reports.
“This means a lot, ’cause I feel like this is the project that I’ve done, and the album that I’ve done, that is the most ‘me,'” she began.
“And the fact that you guys were there supporting the whole way and didn’t laugh at me when I said I wanted to produce, and were equally as excited about these songs as I was…just, thank you. I’m honored and I’m humbled and God is good,” Carrie added.
Carrie has a lot on her plate, and she’s doing insanely well. The star’s Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line continues to be popular, with 2020 also seeing Carrie release her “Find Your Path” book – #StayThePath is the hashtag used by the singer’s clothing line.
Subtitled “Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life,” Carrie’s book is set to come complete with a tour, also being available for purchase at Barnes & Noble.
Elsewhere this year, Carrie has made headlines as 2019-born son Jacob turns 1, with 4-year-old son Isaiah giving everyone a good laugh as his homework showed him to think Carrie is “70” and her job is to “wash the laundry.”
