Jesse James is returning to reality TV after taking an extended break, and the motorhead is ready to get back into the driver's seat and show off some of his coolest creations to the world.

Discovery Channel just announced the return of James for a new season of his hit TV show, "Monster Garage:"

"Fourteen years after the final Monster Machine was built, Jesse James is returning to Discovery Channel in a brand-new season of MONSTER GARAGE, produced by Original Productions. The Austin, TX resident and founder of West Coast Choppers is back with an upgraded garage, cutting-edge technology and a renewed passion for creating some of most mind-blowing vehicles to ever drive across television screens. Monster Garage will premiere later this year on Discovery Channel."

Following Jesse James' very public marriage and breakup with actress Sandra Bullock, James left California and reality TV to head out to Austin and open up his West Coast Choppers motorcycle shop in Texas. He eventually closed the shop down and opened up Jesse James Firearms, which specializes in custom 1911 pistols and AR-15 rifles, as well as blades. James also makes his own ammunition and has produced firearms for lots of gun-toting celebrities like Kid Rock and President Donald Trump.

He also remarried in 2013 to drag racing star Alexis DeJoria.

The original run of "Monster Garage" aired for 5 seasons from 2002 - 2006 and pitted 5 teams against of fabricating experts against each other as they tried to assemble a regular vehicle into a monster machine.

"With a focus on elevating mechanical and automotive vision in the shop, James is once again looking to accomplish the impossible and will be working with some of the most talented craftsmen and women in the country," the release for Discovery read.

Nancy Daniels, Chief Brand Officer at Discovery, spoke for the network and said:

“Jesse James is one of a kind – his builds are incredible; challenging on all fronts, but more than worth it in the end. He is bringing back Monster Garage to his Discovery home after 14 years with even more tricks up his sleeve. We are so looking forward to spotlighting his extraordinary talents on Motor Mondays."

Discovery is stuffing Jesse James' "Monster Garage" with a whole new lineup of fun toys and machines for building, and the TV star couldn't be more excited.

"“It’s crazy to think my relationship with Discovery Channel started exactly 20 years ago. After all this time I’m still excited to step into the Monster Garage,” said Jesse James. “Excited to work hard and push the limits again. Showing people what you can do with teamwork, skills, and a refusal to quit," James said about the "MG" revival.
