First and foremost let’s get this out of the way immediately; Rihanna is absolutely stunning. And she knows it too, because she continues to grow ever more graceful and beautiful with each passing year. Long gone are the days when she’d be scantily clad, gyrating and titillating her fans with just a hint of sexy smirk to let everyone know she’s the baddest. Nowadays, Rih Rih concentrates more on being a boss in the business world. But she still makes headlines outside of her beauty empire.
Last year, Forbes reported that Rihanna became the wealthiest female musician with an amassed fortune totaling six hundred million dollars. That kind of bank places her ahead of Celine Dion and Madonna. But there were also hefty business decisions she made that placed her in such a great financial standing.
Most of that comes not from music but from her partnership with LVMH, the French luxury goods giant run by billionaire Bernard Arnault. Rihanna…and LVMH co-own the makeup brand Fenty Beauty. It launched in September 2017 at Sephora, another LVMH brand, and online at FentyBeauty.com, quickly becoming a viral success.
Fenty Beauty racked up a reported $100 million in sales in its first few weeks, propelled by Rihanna’s fame and 71 million Instagram followers.
With so much success surrounding her one would think Rihanna would also be lucky in the love department as well. Everything seemed to be going smoothly for her when she met billionaire Hassan Jameel, but unfortunately, that relationship fizzled out earlier this year. People reports;
A source close to the pair tells PEOPLE that they have gone their separate ways as they were not a good match.
“Their lives were too different and it was hard to maintain a relationship,” the insider tells PEOPLE.
A rep for the singer has not commented.
Now that Rihanna is officially single, Drake looks to be back in the picture. The two were recently spotted at a Yams Day charity concert together. Seeing Drake and Rihanna together again caused many people to speculate that the two were secretly dating.
But hold up! Just because they were together at the same event doesn’t mean they’re together romantically.
Although it is no surprise that neither Rihanna or Drake have confirmed the rumors, it is worth noting that the pair were not caught showing any PDA at the event. It’s hard to say if the two are dating or not, but it does definitely look as if they have rekindled their friendship at least.
These two love playing with the public’s emotions. But also, they’ve been friends for years so maybe Drake was just lending her some support during another breakup. In any case, only time will tell if the two of them have decided to become more than just friends.
