Don't mess with Hilary Duff's kids! The Lizzie McGuire actress posted a distressing video on her Instagram yesterday, that shows her approaching a man who is taking pictures at a kid's football game. "Paparazzi shooting KIDS," Hilary began the caption on the video. In the clip, she approaches a man who is taking pictures of kids and asking if he has a child who's playing. The man says that he doesn't, he's "practicing" photography -- and Hilary does not shy away from calling him out.

Hilary approaches the man and asks who he is there with, and tells him that his taking pictures of kids makes her "uncomfortable". The man insists that he's doing nothing wrong and that it's completely legal for him to be taking pictures. He then asks Hilary if he wants him to show her an ID, and she tells him "I'm not asking for your ID. I'm asking you to stop taking pictures of our 7-year-old children if you don't know anyone that's here."

Hilary then continues to plead with the man to stop. "I'm asking you human to human, as a mother, if you don't know anyone here, can you please stop taking pictures of our children playing football this morning," she tells him. The man is extremely persistent that he's just "practicing photography" and that Hilary's "paranoia" is not necessary. "They're our children and we would like to protect them," Hilary explains, at which point the man tells her that she's the one making it "creepy" and puts his hand over the lens of her camera.

Hilary's Instagram followers rushed to the actress's defense, agreeing that the man was being completely inappropriate. Also, actress Busy Phillips chimed in with her support for Hilary as well, calling the situation "infuriating". "This isn't about his job or his 'rights'," Busy commented. "This is about his OWN perceived POWER over others. I imagine it's the only time this pathetic person feels any power in his life." Busy ended her comment with pondering how it could possibly be legal for adults to take pictures of children without the consent of the kids or their parents.

This is certainly not the first time that Hilary has called out paparazzi's inappropriate behavior around her and her children. Back in 2018, Hilary posted an image of a man and described how he'd been following her around all day -- while running errands, following her to her sister's house, and completely ignoring her requests for him to leave her alone. Hilary was very pregnant with daughter Banks at the time, who is now 1, and was already mother to son Luca, 7.
