She left paradise engaged to Kristian Haggerty before the couple announced their split in October. And it looks like The Bachelor’s, Demi Burnett, has moved on, to someone new.
The 25-year-old is reportedly dating, Slater Davis.
Never heard of him? You’re not alone.
According to his Instagram, he’s an LA-based musician boasting 160K followers (a number that’s sure to rise, thanks to his blossoming romance).
Both Burnett and Davis have recently shared pictures of the other, seeming to confirm their new relationship.
While out celebrating her birthday on February 21, Demi seemed infatuated with her new beau. She posted a picture of the two sharing a kiss with the caption: “The present I never knew I needed.” Awe!
In the photo, the young couple looked stylish. Demi appeared to be wearing a black dress with lace detail, while Slater rocked a red shirt with plenty of silver accessories.
Katie Morton, Demi’s co-star, and roommate commented on the post saying, “Yo million dollar match maker.” Which we can only assume means Katie was responsible for bringing them together.
Friends helping friends, what could be better?
Demi rose to fame after competing on The Bachelor for Colton Underwood’s heart. She was eliminated from the show but made an appearance on Bachelor In Paradise shortly after.
While in paradise, she came out as bisexual and admitted to being in a relationship with a woman before the show started.
The woman was Kristian Haggerty. And instead of leaving the show to be with her, ABC producers brought Haggerty to paradise.
The couple lasted the remainder of paradise and even got engaged during the finale. However, things didn’t work out for the couple who split up a couple of months after the show aired.
But Demi isn’t the only one who moved on! Her ex-fiance is also in a relationship.
Kristian is dating aspiring singer Taylor Blake. Taylor even competed on season 2 of The Reality House.
The two have actually known each other for years but recently decided to take things to the next level.
Blake, 27, took to Instagram to share a glimpse into their relationship.
“Who knew God placed you in my life so many years ago for a reason❤️ So blessed to have you,” she wrote.
Fans of both women seem to be thrilled they’ve moved on and found happiness. Especially considering recent speculation Demi was dating Bachelor alum, Nick Viall.
Both denied the rumors and, honestly, we’re happy that’s not a thing. (Sorry, Nick, but you don’t have the best relationship track record.)
And even though Demi hasn’t straight up called Slater her boyfriend, he recently posted a picture referring to Burnett as “babe.”
Yeah, we’re pretty sure they’re together!
Guess this means we won’t be seeing Demi on this season of Bachelor in Paradise.
