Gwen Stefani is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and producer. She rose to fame as a co-founder and lead vocalist for the ska punk alterna-rock band No Doubt in the early 1990s. After a string of hits, including a couple of chart toppers, the band took a break in 2001 and Stefani began an extremely successful solo pop career a few years later. Her musical efforts, in total, has resulted in three Grammy Awards and Gwen has piled up endless hits and sold almost 25 million albums with both No Doubt and a as solo artist combined.
During a concert at which they were both performing, Stefani met her first husband Gavin Rossdale. He was fronting the alternative rock band Bush at the time, enjoying a successful career as well. They married and after 14 years and three children, Gwen filed for divorce in 2015. Stefani and country star Blake Shelton met on the set of The Voice and bonded, as they were both going through heartbreaking divorces, Shelton having just split with Miranda Lambert. Gwen and Blake remain together to this day.

After being forced to cancel four shows in a row due to an unconfirmed illness, Gwen Stefani was finally back on the the stage in Las Vegas on Wednesday night. But this time around, she got some unexpected help from a friend, or shall we say her boyfriend, to be exact. Gwen’s fans were all over social media posting videos and photos from Stefani’s ‘Just A Girl’ residency show in Las Vegas and gushing over the fact that Blake Shelton totally surprised the crowd by singing their new duet ‘Nobody But You’ together.
The Gwen Stefani – Just a Girl Vegas residency was announced on April 10, 2018 via Stefani’s official website. The residency began on June 27, 2018 and it’s set to run through May 16, 2020, taking place at the Zappos Theater at the Planet Hollywood resort and casino in Las Vegas. Gwen said, ‘To be able to do a show in Vegas is such an incredible honor. I could never have imagined one day having my own Vegas residency. I have been so fortunate to tour throughout my career, but to create a show for Vegas is something I’ve never experienced and I can’t wait!’
When speaking with Gayle King for CBS This Morning, Gwen and Blake were each asked what song it was they couldn’t listen to enough. Shelton chose the Earl Thomas Conley tune, Angel in Disguise, but Stefani’s answer was a little more close to home. When she couldn’t remember the song’s title at first, she explained ‘I’m really bad at titles,’ finally asking Blake for some help. After a little banter, Gwen shared that it was actually a Shelton ditty, Anyone Else, that was her favorite!
