Gomez Makes Huge Real Estate Sale
Gomez also specializes in real estate, and recently made a huge sale, to the son of one of the biggest moguls, of sports. This is Ryan Dolan, who is the son of James Dolan. James is currently the owner of the NBA's New York Knicks and the NHL's New York Rangers. Ryan also currently works for his father's Madison Square Garden company.
According to TMZ, Ryan Dolan purchased a home in Los Angeles, from Gomez, for $8.025 million. This property is located above the Sunset Strip. The home also consists of six bedrooms and six baths.
This property was also owned by other celebrities, including Kendall Jenner. Jenner ended up leaving this, due to dealing with a myriad of stalkers.
New York Knicks Are Starting To Impress
Ryan Dolan's father has definitely been a popular topic, over the last decade. This is due to the fact that the Knicks haven't had much success, as prior to last season, they only made the NBA playoffs once, since 2000. That came in 2013. Last season though, they became the fifth seed in the playoffs, but fell to the Atlanta Hawks, in the first round. This season though, they've started 5-2, and some believe that the organization has a shot to get back to the playoffs again and make some noise. At this point, Knicks fans have come a long way from calling James Dolan, the worst team owner, in professional sports.
Grande And Gomez Were Also Recently Spotted During Date Night In LA
Last month, Grande and Gomez were also seen enjoying a fun night out in Los Angeles together. The two attended a Dave Chappelle show, which is currently still receiving backlash, for trans jokes made, in a new Netflix special. In addition to Grande and Gomez being at this event, Grande's manager, Scooter Braun, was also in the building.
Grande's 'Positions' Album, Continues To Shine.
Grande has been quiet in 2021, regarding releasing new singles. She continues to accumulate millions of streams though, as her last album, "Positions," was released back in October 2020. That project became Grande's third consecutive number one album and was led by the self-titled single. That song also debuted at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart. Additional appearances on the Positions album, included Doja Cat, The Weeknd, Ty Dolla $ign, and Megan Thee Stallion.
The only Ariana Grande content that fans have been able to hear in 2021, is her appearance on the remix for The Weeknd's hit single, "Save Your Tears." That has since been a massive radio smash hit, worldwide.
