In 2017, Pitt split with wife Angelina Jolie. In the wake of his split, Pitt discussed that he was going to therapy. Going to therapy is a way to face problems head-on rather than to permit them to take over one's life.

It is always a great thing when celebrities are open about attending therapy sessions. After all, therapy helps millions of people around the country, but it's not something that we talk about often. With celebrities opening doors, maybe more people will be willing to talk about their own mental health.

In the meantime, it's great to see that Pitt is getting the help he needs to improve his life.
