We are just four days away from Kristen Stewart’s highly anticipated movie, “Spencer,” where she portrays the late Princess Diana.
The movie is set for release on November 5, and the actress has been making the press rounds to promote the film.
“Spencer” chronicles the late Princess’ decision to leave Prince Charles during Christmas in 1991.

While promoting the film on the red carpet, Stewart spoke to Entertainment Tonight about a particular costume that she called “spooky.”
“You also wear the iconic wedding dress look, and he [director] said it was very close to the original. What was that like to put that on,” Stewart was asked.
“When we put that dress on, it is embedded in a montage that kind of flashes her life before you even though the movie takes place over a three-day period, and so, even though I play her as a 29, 30-year-old person we still kind of wanted to give a taste of the scope of her life,” Stewart explained. “Putting that on was a spooky day.”
Wearing a wedding dress replica was “spooky.”
The “Twilight” actress was told to take everything she learned of Diana’s wedding day, all of her emotional responses and incorporate them into that particular scene.
In addition to “Spencer,” KStew is keeping busy behind the camera as well.
Last week, The Blast reported on Stewart’s step into directing films.
According to an exclusive report from Variety, she is stepping behind the camera to direct the adaptation of the memoir, “The Chronology of Water.”
Stewart sat down with the entertainment outlet for an episode of “Variety Awards Circuit Podcast,” and discussed the current status of the film.
Stewart said “we’re casting right now” on the podcast and added, “We’ve been putting together and have been thinking about this for a really long time. I’m so stoked.”
While the actress is known for her memorable roles on-camera, this will be her first dive into the directing scene.
KStew is STOKED to make directorial debut!
“It’s taken the time it’s needed. Some of these take a decade to put together. I just jump every gun in my life and start talking about stuff before they’re really relevant, but it’s more relevant than ever,” she explained. “Now we’re casting the movie. We’re finding our Lidia Yuknavitch.”
The “Spencer” actress added that she plans to take it out to shop it around to investors.
She said, “It’s a small movie. We don’t need that much,” adding, “It’s something I would have wanted to be cast in when I was younger.”
As for whether or not she will star in the film, KStew says “No,” as of now.
The actress feels there isn’t a role for her, unless it was the role of Lidia’s older sister.
Another actress planning to take a walk on the “wild side,” aka behind the lens, is Emma Watson.
