We're all familiar with Jennifer Aniston's many roles, from her beginnings as Rachel Green on Friends, to more recent appearances, such as her co-starring in the 2019 comedy film Murder Mystery with Adam Sandler. As far as we're concerned, in works where Aniston is involved, we know there's going to be a great character. What some of us may not know is that Aniston takes her charm off the screen as well, and here's her words of wisdom on a happy and healthy life.

Jennifer once said that there are no regrets in life, just lessons. That's a great piece of advice to get, especially from someone like Aniston, who probably regrets a film or two throughout her acting career (we are looking at you, Leprechaun). Probably the biggest way we can sell ourselves short is by skipping out on opportunities that we worry may not work out so great in the end. Let's just be like Jennifer and take our mistakes in stride.

When we are in love, we should be prepared for things that will test our strength and our capacity for pain.

We all want to know what the key is to a healthy life. Here's Jennifer's take: I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don't starve myself in an extremist way. You're not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I'd be devastated. Same, right? Jennifer shows us that it's okay to enjoy the sweet things in life, as long as we take care of our bodies, too. So that must be why Jennifer always look so happy and healthy—she goes to yoga and brunch, too.
