Perry was the first one to acknowledge the smell. In the clip, she asked, "Do you guys smell gas?" Bryan confirms that he can smell propane in the room. Perry continues to talk about it, calling it "pretty intense." Richie said that there could be a "slight leak."

As they alert the crew, it's clear that there are possibly dangerous fumes in the air. Perry said that the smell was giving her a headache. As she got up to leave the table, she said, "Oh, it's bad. It's really bad!"

The preview continues to depict more and more chaotic scenes as the crew lets everyone know that there is a gas leak and they had to exit the building immediately.

As sirens fill the air, a crew member said to the room of contestants, "I need everyone to get up and follow me as quickly as possible."

From there, we see the chaos continue outside as Richie said that he can still smell the gas.

He said, "Wow, you can smell it, right? Holy crap!"

The situation was clearly not a drill and was being taken very seriously.

Bryan stressed the reality of the situation and said, "This is not a joke. There really is a gas leak."

While everyone was concerned and confused, Perry continued to feel ill due to the smell. At the very end of the video, we see the singer collapse to the ground after she said, "I'm not feeling good." At this time, we are unsure of the treatment that Perry received after she fell.
