Blake Shelton made a surprise appearance at Gwen Stefani's Feb. 19 show in Las Vegas. According to Pop Culture, Gwen said on stage: "I was thinking about just the weirdness of my whole life and career. It doesn't feel like a career, it feels like a life. And then I was looking on iTunes this morning and I'm No. 1 on the country chart, so I just thought that was like, kind of incredible." Shortly after this heartfelt speech, Blake appeared on stage to sing their duet "Nobody But You."

Blake's surprise appearance came during a show of Gwen's Just a Girl residency at the Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood in Vegas. This came after Gwen had to cancel a few of her residency dates due to feeling under the weather. Us Weekly reported that a source told the magazine: "She goes from performing high-intensity shows to being the mom of three very active boys. It finally caught up with her." She returned to the stage, though, and we imagine it was all that much sweeter with Blake at her side.

Blake and Gwen met back in 2014 when they were both on The Voice. They tiptoed around each other for a bit — Blake was still with Miranda Lambert and Gwen was still with Gavin Rossdale — until making their relationship public in late 2015. They made their red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in 2016 and have been sharing sweet moments of their relationship ever since, including this sweet duet at Gwen's show in Las Vegas this week.

After the show, Gwen shared an adorable photo of herself with Blake on stage with the caption: "@blakeshelton thank u for coming out and singing #nobodybutyou @zappostheater @phvegas." The duet the two sang, "Nobody But You," is part of Blake's recent album, Fully Loaded: God's Country. The two also performed the song at the 2020 Grammy Awards, alongside other iconic performances, including those from Lil Nas X with BTS, Demi Lovato, Alicia Keys, the Jonas Brothers, Lizzo, and Billie Eilish.

Blake showing up at Gwen's show is just another sweet moment in these two stars' lives. Their relationship, which seemed to get off to a rocky start considering they both were married when they met, seems strong these days. They've both reportedly said they want to get married to each other again, but Gwen said it's not possible right now because she wants to get married in the Roman Catholic Church, and until her first marriage is annulled, she's not allowed. Only time will tell if these two can get married the way they want, but in the meantime, it looks like they're just happy to be in love.
