Kylie Jenner has been doing everything possible to trademark her daughter Stormi's name to prevent others from profiting off of her name. She recently filed to trademark "Stormi" and "Stormi World." This was after her amusement park party and is also thinking about having her own one in Stormi's name. Jenner may be running into some issues now though in regards to Stormi receiving those trademarks. According to Page Six, a New Orleans clothing company is trying to prevent this from happening.

This is Business Moves Consulting, who trademarked "Stormi Couture" a month after Stormi was born back in 2018. Their reasoning to stop Jenner's Stormi trademarks is that their customers may be confused. The company also believes that she will not even use these trademarks anyway. BMC released a short statement saying that Jenner has “no bona fide intent to use mark in commerce for identified goods or services.”

Jenner had stormi with superstar rapper, Travis Scott. The two ended up splitting at the end of 2019 but still have strong relationship in regards to taking care of Stormi. They've been seen spending holidays together as there hasn't seemed to be any issues. Scott has been one of the biggest artists in the world as he released his "Jack Boys" album back in December which features artists from his label such as Sheck Wes and Don Toliver. He also released his third studio album "Astroworld" in 2018 which was GRAMMY-nominated

Trademarks are nothing new to Jenner though as she's made sure to secure her own bag. Among the trademarks she's filed are Kylie Body" and “Kylie Body by Kylie Jenner.” She owns trademarks for “Kybow,” “Kyliner,” “Glitter Eyes,” “Kylie Baby,” “Lip Kit,” “Kylie Museum,” and “Kylie Kon.” She has also built an empire for herself with her Kylie Cosmetics makeup line. This was launched back in 2015 and continues to generate millions of dollars every year. The popular products sold are lip gloss and lip liners.

Jenner has since been estimated to have made $1 billion, according to Forbes. She accomplished this at the very young age of 21. She is labeled as the youngest self-made billionaire ever. The previous mogul to reach that mark was Mark Zuckerberg at 23. Back in November of last year though, Jenner sold a majority stake of the company to Coty for $600 million. 51% was sold as this company owns brands such as Cover Girl, OPI, Rimmel, GHD and Clairol.
