To start off, everyone remembers the first song she produced with Def Jams Jay-Z back in 2007, right? Her song Umbrella not only became a hit of the decade but it went on to win a slew of nominations at the 50th annual Grammys back in 2008. Rihanna took home the award for Best rap/sung Collaboration that night, making it her first official grammy win.

Director Peter Berg believed the pop singer had true potential in the acting business, especially after watching her star in an episode of Saturday Night Live. The singer accepted another role as a computer hacker nicknamed Nine Ball in the 2018 comedy Oceans 8. Now Rihanna can add acting to her resume!

Due to her humanitarian efforts, Harvard University bestowed Rihanna with their 2017 Humanitarian of the Year Award for her philanthropic efforts with the Clara Lionel Foundation Global Scholarship Program.
