Ariel Winter's Childhood Bath Time Pic Is Baby Yoda – No, Really

Ariel Winter just posted a childhood snap of herself – the side-by-side photo showing the 22-year-old "Modern Family" star came accompanied by an image showing Baby Yoda – and the resemblance is uncanny.

Ariel has already made Baby Yoda-related headlines this year. January saw the sitcom star show off her natural beauty in a series of makeup-free selfies as she gave a mention to the fictional "Star Wars" character – a caption from Ariel had stated that she doesn't feel she's as cute as "The Mandalorian" face.

There's been an update, though.

Ariel's update showed it all. Over to the right, the image showed Ariel as a small child. Ariel was seen smiling at the camera with her mouth open from a bubble bath. While Ariel has changed with age, her dark brown eyes and much-loved smile didn't appear too different from the status quo.

Over on the right, fans saw Baby Yoda's face. Something about the positioning of the two snaps, alongside Ariel's childhood facial features did, indeed, show a marked similarly.

"Telling my kids I was Baby Yoda #babyyoda #starwars," Ariel captioned the snap.

Ariel's update generated a response in no time. Comments and likes came in fast, with the latter sitting at over 10,000 by the time the update was just 11 minutes old.

Comments poured in.

"OMG! So adorable!" one fan wrote.

"See no difference," another said.

"Almost as cute" came from one fan seemingly not finding Ariel as cute as Baby Yoda.

"Has to be your next Halloween outfit," a user suggested.

Then again, the trolls were alive and well. One fan pointed towards the breast reduction surgery that Ariel underwent in 2015 – "So will baby joda have breast reduction later in life too? ?" they wrote.

January may have seen Ariel kick off the New Year with an internet-breaking and booty-baring ocean video of herself in a thong, but it likewise brought some more low-key content – and a mention of Baby Yoda.

The string of crop top and jeans selfies posted by Ariel last month came captioned with words centering around the alien character.

"Felt cute today ☺️? NOT as cute as baby yoda but that’s okay because that amount of cute is UNOBTAINABLE," she wrote.

Ariel upped the ante with her 22nd birthday shots, though. The star celebrated turning one year older on January 28, choosing a honky-tonk cowgirl theme for her outfit – and she didn't do it by half.

Ariel opted for a little booty flash as she rocked a tiny outfit accessorized by a fringe jacket, white boots, and a matching hat – with over 200,000 likes, the birthday snap was hugely popular.
