Thylane Blondeau is mysterious enough for many. The “World’s Most Beautiful Girl” began her modeling career aged just 4 when French designer Jean Paul Gaultier spotted her on the street – the rest was history, with the 18-year-old French beauty now somewhat of a social media sensation.
With that fierce beauty, beautiful name, and hard-to-beat moniker, there’s definitely a mystery edge to Thylane. The model channeled it in her latest Instagram story, choosing not to reveal her precise location, bar that she was in a Starbucks.
Thylane’s photo showed her cozied up and posing from beneath a light gray hoodie. The brunette was seated on a triangular and tan leather chair near a window – anonymous bystanders on laptops and the coffee chain’s signature green awnings outside confirmed Thylane to be at a Starbucks.
Blondeau wasn’t striking a goddess pose, but she was looking beautiful nonetheless. The Cosmo 2019 Model Of The Year also wore tie-dye patterned sweatpants in black, blue, and white, sitting with her beverage in front of her. Thylane’s brown hair was falling loose around her face, although her head was mostly covered by the hoodie.
No geo-tag was offered.
Thylane did take to Instagram ahead of Valentine’s Day. The model’s post doubled up as a celebratory and promotional one – Thylane is the new face of French clothing and fragrance brand Cacharel. Her Valentine’s Day update showed her seated and sandwiched between two retro TVs, with fans getting another beautiful shot as Thylane posed in a wet-effect shirt.
Thylane’s promotional posts definitely contrast her own ones – here, pared-down settings and fun scenarios take center stage, like the time the model posted a snap of herself napping with soft toys.
Thylane is modest as they come. The star refuses to acknowledge her status as the “World’s Most Beautiful Girl,” with her L’Officiel interview also seeing her confess to shyness.
“Firstly: I do not consider myself the most beautiful girl in the world! When I was little, people always told me. But I did not even understand what they meant. Because who says that? Who says I am the most beautiful?” she told the magazine, with Unilad translating her words.
“In addition, I am very shy. You probably noticed that already,” Thylane added.
Thylane was still 17 when she was profiled by Frivolette. The media outlet probed Blondeau over both her career and her style, also asking her how she feels about having a rising online fanbase – Thylane now boasts 3.4 million Instagram followers.
“I’m still young, I’m pleased,” she told the media outlet about the rising following.
“And I try to do everything for my “Thylaners” – I talk with them all the time, and often my mother helps me to answer messages,” she added.
