Sometimes life just reaches a "moo point" and you have no choice but to "PIVOT!" your perspective on things. The cast of Friends gave us a lot of good advice throughout the series time on air. These included learning about the mating life of certain crustaceans (lobster for life anyone?), the importance of leaving others food alone and making sure you reach a break on the same terms as the other person. However, the actors themselves have spouted some less scripted wisdom through the years that we could all use in our lives.

Phoebe may have been a laid back character who didn't "even have a pla" but Lisa Kudrow has had a plan all along. Kudrow is an accomplished actress with her list of credits going for a mile, those credits include a bachelors in biology, something not many actors have. One piece of advice she gave to Glamour was "Don't Let a Little Rejection Scare You Off. With any rejection, you can't help but consider how correct people were for rejecting you. What helps? Having someone you respect who thinks you're good, so the story is: Well, they think I'm good, so I'll keep going."

David Schwimmer may not be giving speeches about Hanukkah in an armadillo costume anytime soon but he has recently spoken out about the lack of diversity in the show Friends. The series has been facing criticism recently and he has demonstrated how to handle haters confidently. "I don't care. The truth is also that show was groundbreaking in its time for the way in which it handled so casually sex, protected sex, gay marriage and relationships" Schwimmer informed the Guardian.

"Joey doesn't share food!" Food may have been the most important to Joey Tribbiani however Matt LeBlancs advice ranges more towards his role as a father. Asked about how he would deal with his daughter dating he simply stated, "Well, she’ll start dating when she’s 45, and then she’ll be old enough to make her own decisions. Hopefully, good ones."

Apparently this star would like to keep his daughter away from any "How you doin'?" men for awhile. Honestly, who could blame him?

Rachel Greene cared about fashion, money and cute guys (someone has their priorities straight). This could not be farther from actress Jennifer Aniston's true personality though. While Rachel chased relationships with Paolo and Ross, Aniston has given a quote that will make you think twice about what you really want from life. "Why do we want a happy ending? How about just a happy existence?" The actress has dedicated her life to making friendships that last and getting the best out of every situation even if it requires ending a marriage.
