It has now been a year since news of the cheating scandal involving NBA star Tristan Thompson and media personality/former best friend of Kylie Jenner Jordyn Woods was revealed. Thompson was, at the time, dating Khloé Kardashian and they had given birth to a child together, True.

Although it has been a year, plenty has gone down between these two mega-famous personalities, and that leaves a lot of fans questioning where exactly they stand with so much time removed from the scandal now.

The news broke in February of 2019 and seemingly had the Kardashian-Jenner clan at a standstill while they attempted to process the fallout of one of their sister's best friends engaging in shady activities with the father of Khloé's child. Initially, both Thompson and Woods claimed that nothing at all happened between them but later admitted that she had given him one small isolated kiss which essentially confirmed the rumors that had been circulating about their night out in Los Angeles together.

Despite asking for forgiveness, Woods was ultimately ousted from the Kardashian-Jenner inner circle, moving out of Jenner's mansion and maintaining a low profile in the time following.

Aside from a candid episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' that touched on the incident, the sisters never addressed the situation publicly, except for one rogue tweet from Khloé on March 1, 2019, where she slammed her sister's former best friend for being "the reason my family broke up," amongst other things.

Amongst all that fodder, fans were truly unsure when or if Kardashian would ever forgive Woods for her actions with Thompson. It wasn't until December of 2019 that a sign of reconciliation appeared, giving observers a hint as to what the true nature of the two's relationship would be after the scandal.

"I don’t hold any negative or hateful feelings towards ANYONE! I mean that. Life is short! We are all humans trying to figure out this thing called life. Who am I to condemn anyone else?" Kardashian wrote to her Instagram story.

"Yes, I’m allowed to feel hurt and pain. It would be unnatural for me to pretend as if I don’t,” she added. “Personally, I don’t want to be carrying around a hateful heart. I crave peace in my life. Me holding onto hate is only going to hurt me in the end." She concluded.

Kardashian and Woods both have not addressed the scandal following those comments made on Instagram, which leads fans to believe that maybe it has all finally been put to rest. Although things may never be the same between Woods and the Kardashian-Jenner family, at least there are no hard feelings.
