It's been more than two weeks since Nikki Bella and her sister Brie announced their pregnancies.

The former wrestler/businesswoman and her fiancee Artem Chigvintsev have been busy as they prepare for their bundle of joy.

Nikki and Artem have been photographed out in town enjoying some alone time. The parents-to-be aren't shy about expressing their happiness about their upcoming arrival.

While Nikki is remaining mum about some details regarding her baby, we do have a few tidbits about her pregnancy, so let's examine what we know so far.

She's 15 weeks along

Nikki is already showing off her growing baby bump.

The star has been sharing photos of her belly on Instagram, and during one of her Instagram live stories, she revealed that she's 15 weeks along in her pregnancy.

While Nikki hasn't revealed her due date, it's estimated her baby will be born during July/August.

Brie's due date is also close to Nikki, and the sisters have said they're due within two weeks of each other.

Summertime is going to be busy for the Bella household as both sisters prep for the births of their babies.

She's planning a gender reveal party

Bella fans are ecstatic over Nikki and Brie's pregnancies.

Fans are already wondering what the gender of Nikki and Brie's babies will be. Well, it won't be too much longer before they'll find out.

Like other parents, Nikki, Brie, and their fellows will have a gender reveal party.

The sisters revealed that they're in the midst of planning the party together. During the event, both of the babies' genders will be revealed.

Of course, the twins will share the news with their loyal fans, who are taking bets on whether Nikki's baby will be a boy or a girl.

She's had a bad case of morning sickness

As most women will tell you, pregnancy isn't easy.

The first few weeks of Nikki's pregnancy hasn't been going smoothly for the star.

During a recent Instagram live story, Nikki revealed that she had been experiencing morning sickness. She said that at one point she was feeling tired and worn down, so she went to the doctor for an IV treatment.

Nikki is feeling much better now, but with a busy schedule the mom-to-be needs to learn to take it easy for her and her baby's sake.

She's struggled with fertility issues

When Nikki announced her pregnancy it was joyous news for the star, who always dreamed of being a mom.

As fans know, Nikki's desire for marriage and motherhood clashed with her ex-fiancee John Cena's views.

When Nikki met Artem her dreams of being a wife and mother are now coming true.

However, what fans don't know is that Nikki was struggling with a fertility issue that almost kept her from getting pregnant.

She revealed that she suffers from a condition known as polycystic ovary syndrome, which can affect a woman's ability to conceive.

Nikki has stated she was upset with the diagnosis and contemplated freezing her eggs.

As it turns out, Nikki's fears were dashed when she discovered she was pregnant.
