We love her music, her style, and the way she stands her ground. While there are a lot of body shammers who critique Lizzo for the way she dresses and say negative comments about her weight, she doesn't care.

And the queen of clapped back with tweeting "I’m popular because I write good songs and I’m talented and perform high energy hour and a half shows filled with love. The only person who needs to do better is you." All we have to say is "preach sis."

Mental Health is a big topic of concern for millions of people. Lizzo is one of the few celebrities that has openly talked about her battles with depression, which is really powerful, especially for young girls and women. Her advice for dealing with depression is to be "emotionally honest with yourself. Reach out and have a discussion about what your triggers are." Reflection and discussion are key to having an understanding of yourself and your mind, but also in having a better understanding of how to create a healthier mind and spiritual well-being.
