Michael and Rowe then had Paris in April 1998. Prince Jackson II was born in February 2002, before the “Thriller” singer’s tragic death in 2009.
Prince Jackson Said His Father Taught His To Prioritize His Sibling
In an October 28 appearance on “Good Morning Britain,” Prince discussed his tight relationship with his siblings.
The eldest son of the “King Of Pop” said his father emphasized prioritizing those closest to him—a belief Prince has upheld long after his father’s passing.
While growing up, Prince’s late father would say, ‘We could have nothing, but you look around in this room, your brother, your sister, and me, that’s all you’ll ever have.”
The 24-year-old added that this message stuck with him and his siblings, resulting in their close relationship. The “Thriller” icon said Prince was the group leader and must lead by example.
There is currently no hierarchy among them. The eldest brother said they were kind of all on the same level.
The 24-year-old also praised his siblings for complimenting him, where he lacks in strength. On his relationship with his siblings, Prince said:
“Every moment that I get with them—any little family dinner, any little family outing—is really a special moment for me.”
King Of Pop’s Son Details Life Lessons Learned
In 2019, while featuring as a keynote speaker for a Los Angeles summit for Family Office Association, The Blast reported that Prince shared some advice he got from his late father.
The 24-year-old said the “Thriller” crooner was a father above all else to him. His most significant life lesson was compassion for the less fortunate because late Michael understood struggle and prosperity.
Prince emphasized educating oneself about other cultures and ways of life. He added that success and wealth do not give one the right to treat others poorly.
“You treat the janitor the same way you treat the CEO,” Prince said. It seems that despite the “Bad” singer’s fame, he remembered to impact positive life lessons on his children.
Prince Takes Trip Following Paris Jackson’s Suicide Scare
The eldest son of late Pop icon embarked on a motorcycle ride to the mountains to see the beauty of California’s Super Bloom in March 2019. The “much-needed wind therapy” trip came after a suicide scare from his younger sister, Paris.
The Blast reported that the 23-year-old was rushed to a hospital, in March 2019, over an attempted suicide. She was later released.
This situation must have taken a mental toll on the loving brother, who later shared some Instagram posts from his Lake Elsinore trip.
Prince shared images of his Harley Davidson in a sea of orange poppies, writing that he embarked on the journey to “soothe the soul.”
