It’s hard to believe that 13 years have gone by since “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” first premiered on the E! network, making it one of the longest-running reality shows in history.

But in December, Khloe Kardashian hinted that “KUWTK” could potentially be coming to an end soon - presumably because her sisters’ lives have taken different directions in recent months.

The mother-of-one had responded to a fan’s concerned tweet about the show’s future, who wrote: “I can’t imagine if #KUWTK comes to an end someday… I would miss so much feeling this close to you guys.”

“Sad but everything has to come to end at some point,” Khloe responded while adding an unhappy emoji at the end of her tweet.

And quite frankly, it shouldn’t come as a shock that there’s a good chance “KUWTK” could be ending sooner than you think.

In recent episodes, both Kim and Khloe have been left irritated by Kourtney Kardashian’s tardiness, adding that if filming scenes for the show were not a priority of hers, she should quit and stop wasting everybody’s time.

Kourtney later explained that she no longer felt comfortable sharing everything about her personal life on reality TV, and even stressed she would quit the show for good.

Her statement on the show came in the midst of rumors she had quietly reconciled with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, model Younes Bendjima.

Kourtney has shared with fans that she wanted to focus her attention primarily on raising her three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign while continuing to build her booming lifestyle brand with Poosh.

If “KUWTK” goes off the air, there’s no doubt that Kim Kardashian will continue to flourish with her many businesses, including KKW makeup and Skims shapewear.

She’s also studying to become a lawyer, so while she’s prepared to move on from reality TV and fame, Kim thinks she still has a few years before “retiring.”

“Kim enjoys and pursues fame because she is not only interested in entrepreneurship, but being influential. I think Kim has multiple motivations for being in the spotlight,” one fan wrote on Reddit.

Kylie Jenner, too, won’t have a problem earning money after the show, having already established a billion-dollar company with Kylie Cosmetics.

Kendall has kept herself busy with a career in modeling, and given her lack of appearances on “KUWTK," being on reality TV was never a priority of hers, to begin with.

But what about Khloe?

Keeping Up With Khloe

Fans seem to think that she’ll have the hardest time figuring out what she wants to do once the show does come to an end because she hasn’t quite identified a brand of her own.

“I think Khloé still wants the fame, too,” another user wrote. “Unfortunately, I think she puts a lot of influence on being a ‘Kardashian’ and she really doesn’t have any other unique identification.”

Following her split with NBA star Tristan Thompson last year, Khloe is believed to have remained single and has spent the last year focusing on being the best mother to her one-year-old daughter, True.

But unlike her siblings, however, Khloe hasn’t established a brand of her own that can hold longevity once the family’s reality show ends for good.

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” returns with season 18 in March.
