Kate Middleton Is Spending More Time On Her Foundation After Royal Exit

Kate Middleton has reportedly been going through a lot in the past few months, but things seem to be picking up for her as of late. Sources have said the Duchess of Cambridge has been putting in extra hours to make up for the absence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the Sussexes stepped down from the positions as senior members of the Royal Family.

While reports initially said Duchess was Kate was having a hard time adjusting to her new role, she seems to have come a long way.

Inside sources said the Duchess of Cambridge struggled with the spotlight shining on her much more often recently. Reports said Kate was working long hours and suffering sleepless nights while trying to up her workload significantly.

Reports said Duchess Kate was dealing with insomnia and bouts of anxiety while trying to live up to the pressure of this spotlight. Sources said Kate felt it was on her to smooth over the entire situation following Harry and Meghan's shocking exit from the palace.

It wasn't just the stress of her new Royal duties that were reportedly getting to the Duchess of Cambridge. Sources have also revealed the emotional affect Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's exit has taken on Duchess Kate.

Sources have revealed Duchess Kate has been missing Prince Harry quite a lot now that he has left for Canada and worrying about seeing him again in the future. Kate and Harry have long been known to be close friends, even starting a foundation together -- The Royal Foundation.

Thankfully, sources have said that Duchess Kate has begun to grow into her new role as the backbone of Buckingham Palace. Insiders said the Duchess of Cambridge was growing more confident with herself and was feeling more willing to take new risks.

This could be due to the Royal Family's reported dependency on Kate. Reports claim Kate has become Queen Elizabeth II's rock through all this and that the Duchess has been relied upon to get her husband, Prince William, through this ordeal, as well.

Sources are now saying Duchess Kate has entered into a new phase of her life post Harry and Meghan. The Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly become very happy with her new lifestyle.

Kate is said to be sitting in on more meetings for the Royal Foundation and offering ideas for the direction of the organization. She is said to be glad to be taking a more hands-on role and shaping the foundation to her liking now that she and Prince William have more say.
