Since being released from the hit MTV series "Teen Mom", Jenelle Evans has been making headlines with rumors surrounding the current state of her relationship with ex, David Eason. Eason first made headlines when MTV cut him from the show due to his own confession of shooting and killing Evans' dog.

Following the highly publicized debacle, Evans and Eason separated. However, fans have been wondering if the pair will be getting back together now that Evan's has also been let go from the series.

One rumor, that seemingly spread like wildfire, alluded to the idea that Evans was now living with Eason, however, Evans herself has spoken out about the truth of the situation. While sitting down with "Us Weekly", Evans confirmed that the two are not back together.

She told the outlet, "David and I are not together as of now. We are co-parenting and deciding what to do about our futures because we own a house together. We cannot sell the house until we get repairs from the housing company that built it."

She continued by saying, "I still have my apartment in Tennessee and have been primarily residing there. We may be looking into coparenting counseling in the future. A lot of people are making assumptions about stuff they don’t know. Like I always say, unless you hear it from my mouth, don’t believe it."

The rumors sparked after Evans and Eason were spotted hanging out together in Nashville. While the pair have no plans to reconcile their marriage, both Evans and Eason are dedicated to co-parenting as best as they can.

Upon facing the harsh criticism and fallout following the murder their family dog in October, Evans took to social media to announce her and Eason's split. She wrote, "The kids and I have moved away from David," Jenelle said at the time. "Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I’ve filed papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am."

She concluded her post with, "Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together. But you’ll hear from us again soon."

Evans had also alleged that Eason was abusive toward both her and their children. In addition to filing for divorce, she also filed for a restraining order. While the two were facing a rocky and tumultuous split, it does seem that time and distance has assisted in the healing process. It is also possible that Evans' recent "parting of ways" with MTV has also alleviated tensions between the former couple.
