Tiffany 'New York' Pollard knows how to keep her name in the spotlight. Even Beyonce has recognized Pollard's importance as a reality star and an icon in television programming. Pollard's appearances have been numerous from "Celebrity Big Brother" to her own host of VH1 series like "New York Goes To Work".

An unforgettable personality with the work ethic to stay relevant in 2020, here's what Pollard has been up to since "Flavor of Love" and her rumored future projects to come.

RuPaul's Drag Race

Recently, Pollard guest stared as a host for "RuPaul's Drag Race" a welcome member of the VH1 reality tv series family. Alongside comedian Joel McHale, Pollard stunned in a red bedazzled dress and flowing curls.

Pollard also teased after the show aired that there could be a new season of "I Love New York", potentially reviving her VH1 franchise. However, Pollard also admitted that she would have to commit to one man, which she was not looking forward to.

Back in 2017, Pollard stepped away from her reality show standard for a small role in "Sharknado 5: Global Swarming". Hilariously, she plays a Brazilian artifact dealer named Vega, who aides the group fighting the global Sharknado attack.

She isn't the only VH1 star to hit the "Sharknado" franchise's premieres. Brett Michaels from "Rock of Love" also made a cameo, getting hit by a double-decker bus. It seems that almost every celebrity cameo ends in a shark-related or ridiculous death.

Unsurprisingly, from 2007-2008, Pollard got a dating reality series called "I Love New York" where instead of her competing for Flavor Flav, other men were vying for her love. This show is an underrated classic, most of her memes coming from "Flavor of Love" instead of this other piece of pop culture history.

Pollard has these men running around, doing the silliest competitions, wooing her for two seasons. However, the two men she picked, Tango and Tailor Made, were not forever.

Pollard has also gotten into the Youtube game, hosting an interview series with drag queens and other reality stars on "Brunch With Tiffany". The beginning sequence is hilarious, Pollard dressed in a sexier version of Audrey Hepburn's "Breakfast At Tiffany's" dress while walking around New York City.

Before finally landing at the interview, she eats a giant pink donut in front of Tiffany's and sits on the curb before calling a cab. These interviews are hilarious and well-edited capsules of her hosting skills.
