‘Recess’ Voice Actor Jason Davis Is Dead

The voice-over actor for a character known as Mike Blumberg in a Disney cartoon titled “Recess” has been confirmed dead. This is one of the most shocking news fans of Recess have ever received and they asking questions that need answers immediately.

The actor or only featured in “Recess,” he was also cast in movies like “Mafia,” “Rush Hour,” and “Beverly Hills Ninja.” Prior to his death, Jason Davis was involved in another television show titled “The Two Jasons” and it is sad that we had to say goodbye to him.

Jason’s former Disney Channel series titled “Recess,” ran for six consecutive years (1997-2001.) The actor was present for all seasons and that earned him a place in the spotlight. After this, he continued with voice over works for movie spin-offs for many years and in no time, everyone loved hearing the amazing actor’s voice quality.

David was also a co-founding father of a company called “Cure Addiction Now.” For many years, Jason developed his organization which helps to fund researches to help people who are going through substance abuse.

The news of his death was disclosed by his mother Nancy Davis who is more than heartbroken at the moment. According to her, Jason died in Los Angeles, but there she did not disclose anymore information other than that. She also went on to speak amazing things about the actor and how much he loved life and his friends.

Equally, Nancy Davis requested that the public gives her family the privacy they need at this time, to grief and take care of each other.

Davis was one of Nancy’s five children. His grandparents are Barbara and Marvin Davis, who is the founder of 20th Century Fox and a former industrialist.

Jason Davis was born on October 14, 1984 and died on February 16, 2020 at age 35.

He was a graduate of Yale School of Drama. He was the son of Nebil Zarif, an immigrant from Turkey, and Nancy Davis, who is a Jewish-American. Davis grew up with his two brothers, Brandon and Alexander Davis. He also had two his half-sisters known as Mariella and Isabella Rickel.

Davis began his career quite early doing small works on the big screen and most times, he worked behind the scenes as a voice over artist.

He was cast in two amazing movies titled “Jessabelle” and “Millionaire Matchmaker.” After this, he landed a role on the fourth season of “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.” This show also disclosed that Davis was receiving treatment for substance abuse.

On January 28, 2011, Davis was found in possession of controlled substance and was arrested for it, but the case was resolved after a while.
