Simone Biles gets to call dibs on having a jaw-dropping body. The Olympic gymnast has working out as her job, although 22-year-old Simone's 30 Olympic and World Championship medals hardly peg her as the girl who spends 10 minutes on the Stair Master.

Simone tends not to flaunt her insane body too much over on her Instagram, but a quick selfie over Valentine's Day reminded fans that this girl's muscle is on a whole other level. Simone did spend Valentine's Day with boyfriend Stacey Ervin Jr., but a solo moment showing the brunette's sensational physique likely proved a treat for her fans.

Simone's selfie was a simple one. The athlete was in a bathroom and snapping herself in a sporty outfit that was definitely showing off her killer body. Simone was rocking a skin-tight and black pair of yoga pants clinging to her super-muscly quads and calves, also rocking a long-sleeved white top.

Simone also wore white sneakers with a pink and gray colorway, posing with her left leg slightly raised.

Simone held her smartphone in her left hand, using her right one to hold her long brown hair. She also delivered a beautiful smile.

Compares Herself To A TIDE Pod – 'Small And Mighty'

Simone has actually compared herself to a TIDE Pod – the star partnered up with the laundry brand back when she was 19, speaking to Women's Health about it.

"I feel like I'm small and mighty and pack a powerful punch, just like Tide PODS," she said.

"Growing up it was kind of a struggle being small since everyone would make fun of you—except for when it came to hide and seek, that's the only advantage I ever had!" she added.

Simone is just 4ft 8 inches tall.

Daily Workout Routine Is Insane

Women's Health also gave Simone a chance to detail her daily life.

"In the morning, I usually get up between 7:40 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and then I'll brush my teeth, do my hair, and just throw on my leotard and my clothes and go to the kitchen," she began, adding:

"I make breakfast, which is usually Kellogg's Red Berries or egg whites, and then I go to the gym that's only 10 minutes away. I have practice from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then I drive home and eat lunch, which is either chicken or fish so I get the protein. I grab a quick snack and head back to the gym from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and usually have more routines. After that, I either have therapy at the gym or at home, and then I eat dinner and chill and do it all again the next day."

2018 brought more serious headlines from Biles as she came forward to reveal that she had been a victim of sexual abuse at the hands of USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.

"I am not afraid to tell my story anymore," she told her social media followers, adding: "I too am one of the many survivors that was sexually abused by Larry Nassar."

"For too long I have asked myself, 'Was I too naive? Was it my fault?' I now know the answers to those questions. No. No, it was not my fault. No, I will not and should not carry the guilt that belongs to Larry Nassar, USAG [USA Gymnastics], and others," she concluded.

Simone was less verbose in late 2019 after brother Tevin Biles-Thomas was charged with triple-homicide.

“My heart aches for everyone involved, especially for the victims and their families," she wrote on Twitter.
