Pregnant Teddi Mellencamp Isn't Stressing About Her Post-Baby Body Ahead Of 'RHOBH' Season 10 Premiere

Teddi Mellencamp isn't concerning herself with a post-pregnancy snap-back.

During an interview with Hollywood Life last month, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about her post-baby body plans, admitting to the outlet that she is not worried about getting back to her pre-baby size.

“I’m actually not nervous,” Mellencamp shared, according to a February 12 report.

Mellencamp is expecting her third child, a baby girl, with husband Edwin Arroyave in the coming weeks and recently confirmed on Instagram that she is 37-weeks pregnant.

Mellencamp first announced she and Arroyave were expecting a new baby to Us Weekly in September of last year, just as production began on the upcoming 10th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Right away, her fans and followers were caught completely off-guard.

As many know, Mellencamp and Arroyave dealt with infertility struggles years ago and were forced to use in-vitro fertilization to conceive their first two kids, seven-year-old daughter Slate and five-year-old son Cruz.

The pregnancy was also a huge surprise for Mellencamp and Arroyave, who believed they wouldn't be able to conceive a child naturally.

Looking back on her previous pregnancies, Mellencamp said she was a “nervous wreck" and not "eating healthy” because she couldn't help but notice “just how much weight [she] was gaining.”

Although the doctors acknowledged she had gained more than the healthy amount of weight during her pregnancies, she didn't know how to address the issue.

Years later, after educating herself about healthy and fitness, Mellencamp has dedicated herself to staying active and eating healthy throughout her third pregnancy. She's also not psyching herself out about a post-baby diet.

“A standard day of eating for me would be breakfast, I either have egg whites with some Dave’s Killer Bread, and maybe some turkey bacon, or I have whole grain oats with a little bit of brown sugar and some berries,” Teddi shared. “And then as a morning snack I’d have some strawberries and some Clementine. And then [in the] afternoon I love making, I call them my arugula bowls, which I’ll do brown rice, arugula, avocado, cashews, peppers. Whatever I kind of have at the house and some balsamic vinegar. And then afternoon snack, [I have] peppers and hummus.”

In addition to being confronted with the ongoing rumors regarding Denise Richards and Brandi Glanville's supposed affair on the upcoming 10th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Mellencamp could soon come face to face with her former on-screen nemesis, Lisa Vanderpump, who may be attending Stassi Schroeder's wedding alongside her later this year.

Weeks ago, on an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Schroeder confirmed both women were invited to the event, which is set to take place in Italy.
