Since becoming the breakout star from the hit Nickelodeon television series Victorious, Ariana Grande has stayed in the public eye. She's become one of the most famous pop stars in the world and developed a huge fan base of "Arianators." And she's never shied away from talking about her love life in her music. But after breaking off her engagement with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, Grande has been a bit more reserved about her dating life. That's why fans rushed to her defense when TMZ published footage of her making out with an unknown man at a bar outside of Los Angeles.

Since saying "Thank You, Next" to her former fiance, Pete Davidson, Grande has tried to keep her love life out of the public eye. Unfortunately for her, thanks to her newfound international superstardom and the controversy called by her relationship with Davidson, the public is more interested in her dating life than ever before. Grande has been vocal about her romantic history, especially in her music, but she's kept her current dating life mostly to herself. For example, the former Victorious star never commented on rumors that she started dating Mickey Foster from the musical duo Social House.

If Grande and Foster were dating, however, it's now clear that she has moved on, because she was recently caught kissing a mystery man in a bar near LA. Grande has not responded to the claims, and the man in the footage remains unidentified. It's unclear whether this might be the start of something serious or Grande is just having fun for now. Either way, it's up to the pop star to decide if and when she wants to open up about it.

Ariana Grande hasn't had the easiest few years. In 2017, the "7 Rings" singer was performing at Manchester Arena when a suicide bomb interrupted her set, killing 22 concert-goers. Then, in 2018, Grande's ex-boyfriend Mac Miller passed away from an overdose. And not long after, that same year, she called off her engagement to the young SNL castmember Pete Davidson. After that, Grande decided to take a break from romance for 2019 and focus on getting to know "Ari."

The traumatic events that have plagued Grande for the past three years have only made the singer and her fans more resilient. Many "Arianators" are fiercely protective of their favorite pop diva and her decisions. They've taken to Twitter to scold TMZ for invading Grande's privacy and blowing the event out of proportion. Some fans are even speculating that the video might not be of her at all but rather a look-a-like. Everyone seems to agree that Ariana Grande's personal life is her own business.
