Since last night's star-studded award show, the internet has been buzzing with questions surrounding the attendance of infamous reality star, Blac Chyna. While the Academy Awards are best known for celebrating the best performances and films in cinematic history, it has also become a hotspot for stars who just want to make an appearance to showcase their mind-blowing ensembles. Being that Chyna has no expertise or experience in the field of movie-making, fans wondered why on earth she made it on the guest list.

Twitter blew up with questions from users such as, "How tf did Blac Chyna finesse her way into the #Oscars?!"

Another user tweeted, "Why is Blac Chyna at the oscars?! If they're just giving invites to anyone, can I get one next year please?"

It eventually came to light that Chyna herself did not receive an invite, but she was the plus-one of someone who did. Chyna took to Instagram to explain to her followers that she was attending with music producer, Christopher Trujillo.

Chyna wrote, "Headed to the Oscars with my Award winning engineer @titojustmusic," and paired the caption with a video of herself in the car on the way to the glamorous event.

According to an article written by "People Magazine", "Trujillo, better known as Tito JustMusic, has worked with many stars in the music industry. According to his All Music profile, he was a recording engineer for multiple songs on Ariana Grande‘s 2016 album Dangerous Woman, as well as albums by Meghan Trainer, Fifth Harmony and Mariah Carey."

"People" also reported that Trujillo was a producer on Cheryl Cole's 2010 album, "A Million Lights". The talented producer also worked on the soundtracks for popular rom-coms, "Think Like a Man", as well as the 2010 drama, "For Colored Girls".

While on the red carpet, Chyna showed off her curves in a jet-black Dona Matoshi gown that highlighted a plunging neckline, embroidered shoulders, and thigh-high slit. She paired the stunning outfit with some large blue earrings and a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes.

Chyna is currently in the middle of a very public and volatile custody battle with Rob Kardashian, the father of her three-year-old daughter, Dream. Back in January, Kardashian filed for primary custody of Dream, citing concerns of Chyna's "partying" affecting the well-being of their child.

A source at "People" stated, "Chyna’s priorities are often not the best situation for Dream...Rob wants Dream to spend time with her mom, but right now, it’s very obvious that the environment that Rob and his family can offer Dream, is the best.”
