The end of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s marriage seems to be imminent. Their relationship suffered another hit in the face of divorce rumors.
The couple was married in May 2006. They parent five children Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 9, Finn, 9, and Beau. Their relationship took a turn for the worse when McDermott admitted to having an affair in 2013.
She Wants Out!
It seems Spelling can no longer tolerate her life with McDermott. A source revealed to US Magazine that the reality star “wants a divorce, but she feels trapped right now.”
The insider said McDermott left for two days after the couple fought. Upon his return, he allegedly said he would sue Spelling for child support and alimony.

According to the source, the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum reminded the 54-year-old that they signed a prenup before they wed, so he cannot get any money from their divorce.
Spelling was later informed that the “Pretty Hard Cases” actor could still sue her for child support. The source told the magazine this made the mother-of-five go “ballistic,” and she is upset with her attorneys.
The Last Straw
Even though Spelling and McDermott often fight and rekindle their romance, they seem to have reached the end of the road when it comes to their marriage.
The source told the news outlet that the couple’s latest quarrel left the mother-of-five “very upset.” This is especially because they have tried couple’s counseling occasionally.
According to the insider, the pair’s latest argument was serious and added that the “Spelling It Like It Is” author is “miserable” in her marriage.

The news outlet was also told that, through their rollercoaster, marriage money has always been an issue. The insider added that money is a major reason Spelling “feels trapped.”
The source also mentioned that the only reason the 48-year-old stayed with her husband was for the kids who have no idea what was happening between their parents.
Putting The Kids First
Despite the reported tension between Spelling and McDermott, The Blast reported they called a truce and visited The Happiest Place On Earth with their kids.
On Thursday, October 21, the two walked around Disneyland looking sad. According to HollywoodLife, neither husband nor wife wore their wedding rings.
The Blast also reported in June that the couple had stopped sleeping in the same room. While on “Jeff Lewis Live,” Spelling said she sleeps with her kids and dogs in her bed.
The 48-year-old also fueled divorce rumors on October 18, when she was seen outside an LA lawyer’s office with a legal pad that read “assets,” “custody,” and “support,” HollywoodLife reported.
