A Look Into Stanley Tucci And Wife, Felicity Blunt’s Love Story

The entertainment industry has had its fair share of iconic celebrity marriages. However, only a few can rival that of Stanley Tucci and his wife, Felicity Blunt.

"We started talking that weekend and we ended up talking about food," Stanley recalled. "We love food, what restaurants."

"I was going to London to shoot a film immediately afterward. So, I said, let's get together, and we did get together, and the first time we went out, we ate at this little restaurant."

He added, "Though it actually wasn't very good food. But we had such a nice time. And then we ended up going to a restaurant called L'Anima which is ultimately where we ended up having our wedding reception."

Their little rendezvous led to more food-related dates that finally blossomed into romance. The two got married in a quiet ceremony in 2012 after being engaged for a year.

For most Hollywood marriages that hit the rocks, the reason is a lack of love in the relationship. For Tucci, his first marriage to Kathryn "Kate" Tucci ended after she lost a cancer battle.

The food maestro divulged that he had feelings of guilt just after proposing to Blunt as he felt it was all too soon.

"I panicked instantly afterward,' he told The Times. "It was very hard to go on vacations at first, really hard to go with Felicity someplace. I felt guilty. It's horrible."

Ultimately, he admitted that letting go of Kate was difficult; nevertheless, he knew she would want him to move on. "You never stop grieving. You never stop grieving," Tucci added.

"But you can't let it—and she would never want any of us to—to wallow in that grief and let it take over our lives. She would never want that. She wasn't like that."

Although there is an 18-year difference between Tucci and his wife. The couple still nails it on their joint projects. One of such is their hobby of sharing cooking moments with fans.

Their Instagram page is packed with clips showing them cooking lots of exquisite cuisines. In several scenes, the "Supernova" star is seen with his wife as they combine, mix, and heat ingredients for dishes like negronis, gnocchi, and more.

The pair also gave fans more insight into their passion for food through the cookbook they co-wrote. It contained the family's wine pairings, updated recipes, amazing photos, and family memories to the upcoming generation of Italian food lovers.

Felicity Blunt is a literary agent at a talent agency, Curtis Brown, located in London, UK. The 42-year-old followed her father's footsteps by studying law before switching her career choice to publishing.

Per her Curtis Bio, she is a fiction aficionado; who really enjoys the infinite worlds that come with the genre.
