As the star revealed, she starts her day off with detox tea. However, Kendall does not have a cup but about 12 a day, especially during the days right before the start of the fashion week! Speaking to E! News at an interview, Kendall said she loves to keep her energy up and does not take chances about it.

She snacks on apples when not enjoying her detox tea and always seeks a clean diet with lean proteins, vegetables, and a lot of fruits.

While she does not use the trick entirely but during fashion weeks, Kendall revealed that getting a good sleep works out perfectly for the beauty. Her body feels like she must have at least seven hours of sleep to function appropriately. Kendall surprisingly added that she loves running, and it could be among the simple tricks behind her success.

Although she may not have opened up about all her secrets, it is evident they are working as they need to, and the model could still keep fans out of breath.

Looking at her body, everyone may think Kendall always checks on her fats and avoids all the junks. Her favorite flavor is Tart from Go Greek, which she alleges she could have it every day, although she has to keep it at twice a week. However, she is keen on fashion weeks and avoids all these cheats.
