Kim Kardashian is still singing her soon-to-be ex-husband’s praises.
The reality TV star recently opened up to the Wall Street Journal after being recognized for the immense success of her shapewear and lingerie brand SKIMS.
Kim earned the honorary title of Brand Innovator for WSJ Magazine’s annual Innovator Awards, which is set to be held on November 1.
WSJ Magazine recognized the 41-year-old for raising her brand to a value of more than $1 billion. The 2021 brand innovator award winner is the first to be revealed out of WSJ’s lineup of eight honorees.

While Kim has been recognized for being the mastermind behind SKIMS, she personally feels her estranged husband, Kanye West has a lot to do with its success.
In her interview published on Monday, October 25, the business woman told the publication, “Kanye will always be the most inspirational person to me.”
Kim told WSJ that Ye “has a piece” of Skims, her shapewear company, and “gives [the team] inspiration but also information.”
“I think he enjoys the process,” she added.

Kim filed for divorce in February, and the rapper quickly rebounded with model Irina Shayk.
Unfortunately, the relationship was short lived and ended just as quick as it began. The former power couple have kept a united front and plan to co-parent their four children as best they can.
Kim has her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian to look up to when it comes to co-parenting.
Earlier this year, the couple sparked reconciliation rumors during Kanye’s “Donda” press tour and listening parties.
Kim even played a role in his listening party in Chicago, Illinois.
Despite their united and even uncomfortable separated front, an insider told Page Six, “Nothing’s changed. He is still her family, and they are friends. They’ve been working on their friendship for the kids, and continue to support each other. He’ll always be her family, and they’ll always support each other.”

Kanye also helped his ex-wife prepare for her major ‘SNL’ debut.
According to E! News, a source close to the business mogul said, “Kim has consulted with Kanye and asked for feedback.”
The source continued, “She values his opinion creatively and artistically. They’ve talked about some different ideas and he has been very supportive.”
In Kanye fashion, he did not hold back on his opinions regarding his estranged wife’s performance.
“He has many suggestions and Kim has been listening,” the source noted. “She is taking this very seriously and putting her heart and soul into it. She wants it go well and is completely focused on the task at hand. She’s definitely nervous and wants this gig to be a success.”
It’s fair to say, she knocked it out of the park.
