Kendall Jenner has arguably one of the best bodies in the world. She’s the living embodiment of long and lean, with sculpted muscles in her arms and legs, smooth hip and butt curves, and ultra-flat abs. She is, after all, a super model.
Well, how exactly does she get such a toned and fit body? Obviously genetics and privilege play a role (in being able to afford personal trainers, chef-prepared food, etc.), but there are certainly some easy tips Jenner uses in both her diet and workout routines which you can hack for yourself.
Kendall Jenner’s personal fitness trainer, Autumn Calabrese, who worked with the Kardashian-Jenner family appearing on season 3 of E!’s reality TV series, “Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian,” told US Weekly a little bit about Jenner’s moves.
“When I was training Kendall,” Calabrese said, “she looked to me to develop the approach…My fitness programs are anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour in length [and] a modifier in every program, so no matter what your fitness level is, you can push to your max.”
Calabrese and Jenner trained three to four times a week for an hour at time with the use of cardio strength training, in order to both tone the body and bring the heart rate up with cardio, for overall calorie burning.
To achieve abs like Jenner’s famous flat ones, Calabrese emphasized the age-old adage that “abs are made in the kitchen.”
“You’ll never out-train a bad diet,” she said. And also recommended planks, plank knee tucks, side planks and leg raises.
As for diet, Jenner has revealed a few of her healthy eating secrets on her app, which a few sites have reported on (you’d otherwise have to sign up and pay for the app to know). Yahoo shared via Who What Wear that Jenner says she eats eggs, avocado, and toast for breakfast, and snacks on Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots.” In the world of healthy eating, those are definitely some options we could get behind having on a regular basis.

She recommends her Ultimate Portion Fix meal plans where you can whatever you want as long as it fits in the designated, pre-portioned containers.
