It was just one week into the new year when Rob Kardashian filed for primary custody of his daughter, Dream, claiming in court documents that his ex-fiancée, Blac Chyna, was an unfit parent to their three-year-old.
The former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star filed documents requesting that a judge award him full custodial rights in the wake of developing worried thoughts about Dream’s well-being while living with her mom in Woodland Hills, California.
Court documents reveal how Rob alleges that the socialite has an alcohol addiction, which sees her spend up to $600 on liquor per day. And if that wasn’t bad enough, Rob also accused his ex of using drugs, threatening people in her house while also known to throw objects and candles across the room.
It’s through Dream’s drastic change in behavior that left Rob questioning what his daughter’s well-being when she’s with her mother, adding that Dream has even started “naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said mom taught her.”
In the legal documents, Khloe Kardashian is additionally referenced, according to reports, clarifying how she likewise saw a change in Dream that has seen her turn “decidedly more aggressive” and in “defense mode.”
Rob filing for full custody comes in the midst of his ongoing legal battle with Chyna, who infamously sued the entire Kardashian family for defamation of character, battery, claims of assault and domestic violence in 2017.
But according to new reports, the Kardashians aren’t looking to feud with Chyna anymore. Sources say that Rob and Chyna have plenty of issues to work through on their own, and while they fully support the sock entrepreneur, nobody is willing to give the former exotic dancer any sort of public attention.
“The Kardashians really keep their true feelings on Blac Chyna and the situation with Rob to themselves [within the family],” a source explained. It’s bothering them to remain silent, but they certainly don’t want to add fuel to the fire.
You will never hear them say anything about her out of respect to Dream. They treat Dream just like they treat every single other niece and nephew in the family despite the fact that they don’t have a relationship with her.”
As the source already mentioned, the Kardashians aren’t close with Dream, aside from Rob, who has been sharing joint custody with Chyna ever since their split in 2017.
Given that the family isn’t fond of Chyna’s actions towards them, along with her ongoing lawsuit, there’s no reason they would want to entertain another quarrel with Rob’s ex.
An insider continued: “They are so good to Dream and include her in everything and love on her the same as all the other kids.”
“Despite all of the drama with Rob and Chyna, they always have their brother’s back, but they stay out of it all and just love on Dream and support Rob. They do not talk about Blac Chyna ever.”
Rob’s case in asking a judge to grant him primary custody is ongoing, but it would seem as if the USC graduate may have a valid case on his hands.
