In an interview ahead of the release of the highly anticipated Spencer, Kristen Stewart said that she has ‘made five good movies in her career.’

While in a conversation with The Sunday Times, the Twilight star said that choosing the frame and nature of work is more often than not titillating and tiresome.
Like Five Really Good Movies
With a rather self-deprecating approach towards her elevated career, Stewart says “I have made like five really good films in what like a total of 45-50 films.”

The 31-year-old actress continued that even though choosing work is hard, there are instances where she admires her work up to the bottom and thinks that “wow that’s a beautiful piece of art.”
When asked what films she counts among her best, she cited the films of Olivier Assayas for whom she starred in ‘Personal Shopper’ and ‘Clouds of Sils Mari.’
“I love Assayas movies. I’d love to look at them again.’, she stated.
No Regrets, Let’s Keep Going
On talking about the movies, she is proud of, she said that she does not regret anything. She further said that she has no regret whatsoever with all the movie experiences that she has had – good or bad, it’s all hers.

“I’ve only regretted saying yes to a couple of films and not because of the result, but because it wasn’t fun,’ she said. ‘The worst is when you’re in the middle of something and know that not only is it probably going to be a bad movie, but we’re all bracing until the end.”
As the conversation proceeded, she was asked if she had any specific sets that she had had a negative experience to which the LA native replied “ I am not going to call people out in public so no.”
Dating And Filming? A Lil Different
Stewart had a rather interesting comparison to perfectly frame what second thoughts during production feels like. ‘It’s like starting to date someone and going, “Woah! I don’t know what we’re doing!” But when you’re in the middle of a movie you can’t just break up.”

Stewart rose to fame and stayed in the spotlight since the release of the five vampire movies known as ‘The Twilight Saga’.
Fans seemed to speculate that when Kristen said that she has made five good movies in her entire career, was she talking about the Twilight creations? This assumption was further fuelled when Stewart said, “If you’d told me we were going to make five Twilights when we did the first? I would not have believed you.”

It is more than clear that the American actress never expected her debut movies to sort of catapult her into the living space of stardom.
The Constant Attention Is Scary
This conversation gradually moved onto the part where Stewart talked about the parallels she knows better now that she has played Princess Diana in the upcoming documentary Spencer.
‘The attention is something I can see a parallel in, but the cumulative expectation. Not remotely there,’ she said.

“It feels like you are being constantly watched no matter what you do, what you say, where you are. If you think about it, it is unsettling. If you’re in public, someone in the room is looking at you at all times. And it makes you paranoid. Because even if there is nobody, it’s still in the back of your head.”
