You may know Kate Maloney Schwartz from the amazing American series titled “Vanderpump Rules.” Aside from being a loved cast on the series, she is also known for taking throngs in her life seriously.
The actress has worked on herself in many ways and has come out of many situations that she never thought was possible. Initially, the actress had a long-lasting battle with body image issues, however, she remained true to herself and moved past all the negativity in her life.
Now, the actress would not sit back and watch anyone question her worth or try to trample on her self esteem. This is exactly why fans love and appreciate everything about her.
Many people have serious life issues that they put behind them after a while, but others have to learn from those experiences and sometimes, their lives are shaped accordingly. Some celebrities have talked on the life-changing experiences they had to go through, and while some are fascinating, others are sad to listen to.
While Maloney was filming season 6 of her famous series, Lisa Vanderpump’s event planner did not have kind things to say about Maloney and he went as far as fat-shamming her. In his words, Maloney had gained a little weight since he saw her and this was the moment she revealed that she has been having serious issues with her body confidence. She also mentioned that this problem began a while after she was involved in a terrible car wreck that led to brain injury.
“I’ve worked really hard on positive body image and accepting myself and also trying to be healthy and trying to be more in shape and feel good,” Maloney said.
Speaking about the accident, Maloney said that she was left with a broken jaw, a broken collarbone. some broken ribs and a bad brain injury. It took a while, but Maloney finally healed but little did everyone around her know that she had only healed physically and not mentally. The accident was a devastating experience for Maloney and she has the scar on her face to remind her about it.
Maloney revealed that healing in her subconscious thoughts was hard, however, she was thankful that she escaped a far worse situation. Wrapping her speech with Bravo TV up, Maloney told her audience that even when they do not want to hear it, life is definitely too short, so they should make the most of it.
It may take a while for the actress to regain herself, but we are wishing her all the best in her healing journey and hopes she finds peace.
