Kendall Jenner attended the Super Bowl LIV in Miami on Feb. 2 with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Ben Simmons, sparking claims that the two have reconciled.
The gorgeous model, who keeps her love life away from the public, didn’t go unnoticed when she made her arrival at the Hard Rock Stadium wearing a multi-colored printed top and a pair of leather pants which accentuated her leggy figure.
Her NBA beau, on the other hand, went for casual wear in a flannel jacket and an orange hoodie while remaining nonchalant in the presence of curious onlookers and excited fans.
The pair avoided any PDA as they navigated to their seating area, but given that they watched the game in the same section, neither Kendall nor Ben was trying to hide the fact that they arrived and left the game together.
The two were last spotted strolling through the streets of New York on Jan. 19, just days after reports claimed that the duo had also spent New Year’s Eve together, which, of course, has only added fuel to the fire that Kendall is back with her on-off boyfriend.
“Kendall always liked Ben,” a source told People. “They always have the best time together. They are dating and seem happy for now. They have both had a lot of time to see each other. As soon as they get busy with their careers, it kind of fizzles out. But for now, everything is great.”
When the couple called it quits in May 2019, it was claimed that the main reason why things weren’t working for them was simply down to the fact that neither one of them had time to even see one another.
With Kendall constantly in Europe and Simmons traveling stateside for his NBA games, there’d always be a communication barrier, which consequently led to the downfall of their romance last summer. But even when they weren’t together, “they’ve always had their eye on one another,” with neither one ever ruling out a reconciliation in the future.
An insider continued: “The schedules that Ben and Kendall have also didn’t really help their relationship status so they both mutually decided that it would be best to take a break from each other. Their breakup always seemed more like a break because of careers and distance.”
But if it’s true that Kendall and Ben are giving their relationship another shot, it would seem as if they have managed to work around their busy careers in order to make things work this time around — and it seems to be working.
Jenner hasn’t addressed her romance with Ben with the public, nor will she want to speak about her love life given that she’s always stressed the importance of keeping something in her life private.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star once told Harper’s Bazaar: “I think it’s something sacred. It’s something between two people, and nobody else’s opinion needs to be involved in it.”
She concluded: “People want to start drama. If I had a boyfriend, people are going to say all this stuff that’s probably going to cause us to break up.”
